I am based in the Chigwell/Woodford/Wanstead area. I offer training in the clients homes or in nearby parks.

I bring all equipment to the clients house. I offer a very professional and passionate service as fitness is in my blood due to my 13 years as a 100 metre sprinter. My achievements included gaining a bronze medal at the World University Games in 2005.

I offer circuit training, boxercise, core training, weight training, running and have many varied sessions depending on the clients' needs.
